Some of locations may have extended opening hours, please double check for specific hours on the page of the location you are planning to use.

You have two easy options:

Online booking: input your arrival date, length of deposit, and how many lockers you would like to reserve. Pay by using your credit card and a confirmation will be sent you via e-mail. Important.

Book directly at your chosen deposit: you will be able to hire your locker and pay by credit card by using the VERY user friendly touchscreen of each deposit. Once your purchase has been completed, withdraw your receipt which has your access code to open your locker.

Can I store my luggage for more than one day?

Yes! While our primary focus is daily luggage storage, we also offer short-term luggage storage as well. This service is usually under 10 days. If you are interested in short-term luggage storage, you can contact us to arrange it.

For each of our locations, we do provide an in-store key exchange service. This service is available 24/7 as long as you have a previous reservation. We also offer extended hours upon request, so if you need to come after-hours, please give us a call. We kindly ask that you contact us 24 hours in advance if you require our services outside of the daily operating hours.

In this event, in order to collect your bags, the exceeded time will be charged to the daily rate increased of a 50% as a penalty. You will be able to easily settle the difference by paying this amount by credit card and afterwards collect your luggage.

What happens if i arrive after closing time?

If you should be getting back at your chosen deposit after closing time, you will have to wait until the following day when the location will reopen. An additional daily cost, increased of a 50% penalty, will be applied upon collecting your bags.

Pay attention to be on time to avoid any problems!

May I either modify or cancel my reservation?

Unfortunately your reservation is NON-REFUNDABLE.

Oops! I forgot something inside my luggage, may I open it up?

Of course! After having stored your luggage you will be able to open your luggage without interrupting your reservation. This is possible up to 30 minutes before your reservation ends.

We charge $6.99 CAD per bag per day for storage and this applies to bags up to 50 lbs (23 kg) and 62 inches (157 cm) when you total length+width+height. Each bag, however small, is considered to be single item. If you have a small handbag, we advise to pack it in your suitcase to lower your storage cost. Please note that there is a 2.99 surcharge for the bags that are over the weight and size limits. For example, items such as bikes and ski bags are considered as non-standard. In case your bag/item exceeds 50 lbs or 62 inches, daily storage fee will be 6.99+2.99=9.98.

Luggage is 100% safe, but, in the unlikely event of either a theft or any damages, each piece of luggage is insured up to 500$ cad with a company. You cannot be more safer than that!
